W-U: What point of view was your narrative? How do you know?

Today we continued presenting our narrative writing pieces aloud. After that, each table read a small biography aloud & determined which topics were covered throughout the piece. Students then used a guiding sheet to select at least 5 topics for their own autobiography or biography. With a partner they explained what they would want to know about the chosen topics. Finally, students started listing details to go w/ each of their 5

W-U: Completed pre-test reflection sheet.

Today we reviewed BCR # 12 from the pre-test. I then shared a simple biography w/ the students to help them start thinking about our next writing assignment. After that, we continued presenting our narrative writing pieces aloud.

Today we worked on finishing our final copies. We turned in the entire narrative packet. We also cleaned out al the graded papers from our LA binders.
